Aesmor offers free shipping across Europe and international destinations. Shipping fees apply to Australia and certain Asian countries and are calculated at checkout.

All orders include carbon-neutral delivery and tracking.

Order processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

 

Delivery times

Delivery typically takes 2–10 business days for most destinations after dispatch.

An estimated delivery period for your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, the carrier will provide a more precise estimated delivery date through your tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier and local delivery conditions.

 

Track your order

Every order includes tracking. Use the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email to follow your order’s journey.

The tracking page will also display the carrier’s estimated delivery date when available.

 

Additional shipping information

Aesmor is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or other import fees that may apply in some international destinations. Any applicable charges are determined by the destination country and its local import regulations.

Aesmor is not responsible for packages damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
